With the collaboration of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the translation of the book “Theory of Governing in Islam” by Ayatollah Araki, was published in Indonesia.
The book is the result of a series of Kharij fiqh classes by the author on governance from the perspective of Islam, in which various aspects of the subject are explored.
In the book, the author intends to examine the intellectual foundations of Islamic thought and different views on the issue of governance. He has tried to compare the different views on governance with the view of Islam in this regard, with a brief reference to the main concepts and their arguments.
The topics of the seven chapters of this book are “The main roots and foundations of the idea of governance”, “Religious domination from the perspective of the Quran”, “The divine prophets as the main rulers over the people”, “The appointment of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) as leader and ruler”, “The rightful rule of the Imams (a.s.) after the Prophet (p.b.u.h)”, “The rule of just jurists during the occultation of Imam Mahdi (a.s.)” and “The theory of the council in Islam”.
The book “Theory of Governance in Islam” was translated into Indonesian by Mr. Nasser Damiaz on the order of the translation office of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in 510 pages, and the Assembly Publications, in collaboration with the Jakarta Islamic Center, has published it in Indonesia.
