The commemoration ceremony of “13 Aban (November 4), the day of struggle against global arrogance” was held in the Beit al-Moqaddas Musalla of Arak with the full observance of health protocols and with the presence of officials, school officials and students.
Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, as the special guest of this ceremony, referring to the events taken place in 13 Aban, said, “These events show the negative presence of arrogance in the events of human society.”
“Arrogance claims to be able to rule the world and uses terms such as “globalization” and “global village”,” The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly added, “They had always argued that a religious revolution would never take place, and that religion would never manifest itself socially or politically. But the victory of Islamic Revolution of Iran nullified all their claims.”
“Imam Khomeini (r.a.) believed that today we can create a revolution with religious characteristics in the era of post-modernism,” he added, “This belief means that with all the progress that was made that time, there was the power and ability for Muslims to do that great event. Imam Khomeini’s other belief was that Islam had a plan for a more just state.”
“The idea that (during the occultation of Imam Mahdi) no revolution or flag should be raised, and if it does, it would be a heresy, is a misconception of the Mahdaviat concept,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, pointing out that human society will witness intellectual, cultural, moral, social, and economic growth in different dimensions.
“It is falsely stated in the fake narrations that with the Reappearance of Imam Mahdi (a.s.), two thirds of the people of the world will be killed. In any case, for a global revolution to take place and for the world community to benefit from justice, the groundwork must be laid, and without grounding this is impossible,” the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, rferring to other misconceptions during the Occultation of Imam Mahdi (a.s.).
“The whole effort of the enemies has been to strike at the Islamic Revolution in various scientific and theoretical forms,” he emphasized, “Nevertheless, the Islamic Revolution has gone through consolidation, legitimacy, and efficiency phases.”
“After the victory of the revolution, some people believed that the formation of an Islamic system was inefficient, and the reason was that religion had no ruling program,” Ayatollah Ramazani said, “However, all these questions have been answered in religion, and the growth that the Islamic Republic has had in various sectors is a testament to the efficiency of the Islamic system. Today, thanks to the Islamic Revolution, which has been the center of a global movement, great events have taken place in the international arena.”
“Today, topics related to Islam are discussed at the world’s most prominent universities, including Harvard, the Sorbonne, Cambridge, and Oxford, and studies are conducted on different aspects of Islam,” added the member of the Assembly of Leadership Experts.
“Implementation of Islamic rules and regulations, including the Penal Code and the Law on Justice, requires the formation of an Islamic government and is not possible without it. Today, the Islamic Republic has been able to lay the groundwork for the execution of justice,” he specified, stating that according to studies, most of the Islamic rules are social rules.
“In order to achieve justice, “the ability” must be actualized, and this issue has been emerged in the international arena,” Ayatollah Ramazani pointed out, “Today, we see the expansion of the Resistance front to Bahrain and Yemen.”
“Today, the Resistance Front is a theorized power in the field of the intellectual system in the world,” stated the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“God was fully present in the existence, mind, heart and soul of Imam Khomeini,” he stated, emphasizing the need to strengthen the beliefs of Imam Khomeini (r.a.) among the people.
“It was a divine matter that the collective power of society led to the victory of the Islamic Revolution,” Ayatollah Ramazani added, “For the Islamic Revolution, the Iranian young people entered the field with the thought of Ashura and the words of Imam Khomeini (r.a.).”
“In Shiite thought, there is Imam Hussain (a.s.) the Martyr who creates a motivating change, and besides, Shiites believe in a savior of justice,” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, pointing out that human beings are thirsty for justice.
“The enemies carried out all kinds of conspiracies, including the eight-year imposed war, the Tabas incident, and oppressive sanctions against the Islamic Republic,” he said. “These conspiracies are due to the arrogant nature of the domination system in which the authoritarianism, aggression, colonization and exploitation are common.”
Pointing out that today the Islamic Republic is facing modern colonialism and soft war, Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized, “This type of colonization does not include the military attack, rather seeks to change the morals, literature and beliefs of the people of society through an intellectual, ideological and moral attack.”
“The enemies concluded that they could not destroy the Revolution by taking people to the streets. Therefore, with soft warfare and entering homes (through social media), they seek to change thoughts and ideas, so that even parents cannot pursue the upbringing of their children,” said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, “If thoughts change and become secular, the sense of responsibility is abandoned, and spirituality diminishes, the society will face serious dangers.”
“There are more than 2,000 spiritualities in Europe and America today. They have realized that they cannot confront the issue of religion and spirituality and remove it from human society. Therefore, they have rather changed the concepts and in fact they have defined the concept of freedom, thought and justice in a different way from what is in Imam Khomeini’s (r.a.) belief,” he added, stating that the West seeks to promote anti-responsibility and irresponsible spirituality.
“Our important task in the face of soft warfare is awakening and awareness. If this knowledge is not properly transmitted to our students, we will have difficulty recognizing the enemies,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated.
“In ignorance, values become anti-values, religion and sharia change, and prayers, fasting, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil are stopped. Even if they are performed, they are neither political nor change maker,” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, stating that living in ignorance means self-destruction and confusion.
“Certainly, the world does not understand martyrs such as Fahmideh, Bakeri, Amlaki, the Defenders of the Shrines and the developers of the Resistance Front. Therefore, to achieve the goals, there must be strong motivations,” he clarified.
“Today, the Supreme Leader demands a change system from all of us, and in various cultural, political, and social complexes, he wants the change system, to manage the world intellectually,” Ayatollah Ramazani pointed out,” “We Muslims have the best content, and with Nahj al-Balaghah, Nahj al-Fasaha, and Sahifa al-Sajadiyya, we can present the best thought to the world.”
“After the Islamic Revolution, some people could not move the train of the revolution quickly,” clarified the member of the Assembly of Leadership Experts, “For example, in the field of justice, we have not performed what we should, but we have made a lot of progress in the field of science. We must also grow in the field of ethics.”
“There must be scientific, content, military, etc. jihad, and the more unity and awareness within the system, the more the enemy will lose in soft warfare,” he said, considering the jihadi movement as a necessity to compensate for some shortcomings and problems.
“Enemies have mobilized the media to destroy morality and thought. Therefore, everyone should strive to pursue scientific, moral, and spiritual development, so that Islamic Iran becomes a model for the world,” Ayatollah Ramazani noted, pointing out that soft war is a precise and complex war, and the enemy seeks to take content from the system through soft war.
“Today, Iran’s scientific and military power has caused Iran to be on one front and other powers to be on the opposite front,” said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, “Since the beginning, the enemies have argued that this Revolution would not last. But 42 years have passed, and we are still becoming more powerful in the intellectual and social spheres.”
“Some say that the capturing the US embassy was a mistake, but it is not. The US embassy was actually a spy nest, and we defended ourselves in that case. Accordingly, we do not regret all the areas in which we defend ourselves,” he said, referring to the capture of the US Embassy in Iran in 1979.
“Some seek to emphasize the inefficiency of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said Ayatollah Ramazani, “We must tell these people that the military and international power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the successive defeats of the US in Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, are signs of the efficiency and authority of the Islamic Republic.”
“In soft warfare, the enemies seek to disappoint the people, and in return, the Supreme Leader repeatedly gives hope to society,” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, referring to the revival of the Resistance Front by Martyr Qassem Soleimani.
“The arrogance front has mobilized all its forces in the media and virtual arenas to hit us. But we also use all our strength to win the soft warfare,” he stated.
“The presence of 30,000 to 40,000 mourners for Imam Hossain (a.s.) on the main streets of London, the activities of 2,700 Islamic centers and the influence of Muslims in many countries show the authority of the Islamic system,” stated Ayatollah Ramazani, pointing out that today the powerful presence of Islamic Revolution in the international arena is evident.
“These days, the Islamic community, and the number of Muslims in the world are increasing, and their influence is evident in various fields,” added the member of Assembly of Leadership Experts, “This shows the power of the Islamic Republic in the world. Imam Khomeini (r.a.) was a divine reserve that was not just for Islamic Iran. If we continue with this thinking, arrogant front will become weaker and more defeated every day.”
“The United States has corrupted democracy, and although it sees itself as the axis of democracy, we see the worst kind of democracy in the country,” he stated, noting that the United States is outraged in the world today.
“Human history will not forget American crimes, including the massacre of 100 million Indians, the crimes in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the crimes in Vietnam, and the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan under the pretext of fighting terrorism. Certainly, this arrogant empty power cannot be trusted,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated.
“Certainly, the unification of Islam, the people and the Supreme Leader of the Revolution will lead to the success of the Islamic system,” said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, referring to the fact that the United States trains terrorists and spreads them throughout the world.
