ABWA Official Website – In a message to the international conference of “Committed Art in Support of the Holy al-Quds”, while distinguishing true art from trivial techniques, the spiritual leader of the Bahraini Revolution stated, “Now, the Islamic Ummah needs to mobilize all capacities, including art, in constant support of the Resistance Front against the Zionist usurper enemy.”
While praising the open, honest, and continuous support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the Palestinian Cause, and the Holy al-Quds, Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim added, “Despite the compromise of some Arab regimes with the Zionist regime, Muslim nations are aware of Iran’s responsible and honorable role in supporting the Palestinian cause. We hope to see the unity of the Islamic Ummah.”
“Iran’s support to liberation movements is indebted to the guidance of the Vali Faqih and other aware Faqihs,” he added, “This support continues even if it is not reported in the media outlets.”
At the end of his message, the Bahraini member of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized, “In Palestine and the Holy al-Quds, there is an ongoing battle between right and wrong, which affects other Islamic countries like a volcano.”
At the end of this ceremony, the awards of the “3rd International Cartoon Festival of Al-Quds Day” will be given to the winners.
It is worth mentioning that the international conference of “Committed Art in Support of the Holy al-Quds”, was held on Monday, February 20, 2023, at Azadi Tower Conference Hall by the Committee for the Support of the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People affiliated with the Presidential Administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the collaboration of the domestic and international organizations such as the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Al-Wafa Islamic Party of Bahrain, Cultural-Artistic Center of the Islamic Revolution, ABNA News Agency, Martyr Fazel Center for Strategic Studies of Iraq, and Safir Network.
The conference was attended by domestic and foreign figures, including Nasser Kanaani, spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ibrahim Al-Deilami, the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen, Nasser Abu Sharif, representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in Iran, and Sayed Morteza Al-Sendi, representative of the revolutionaries of Bahrain. /345/
