In the 30th episode of the special internet program “Facing the Sky”, which is broadcast on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, pointing out that Eid al-Fitr is a return to Fitra (inner nature), Ayatollah Reza Ramazani Gilani stated, “Human nature is the beauty that man can attain.”
“When man attains beauty, he hates ugliness,” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, stating that natural affairs are matters that invite man to all true beauties.
“During the holy month of Ramadan, the human soul is softened, trained, and prepared to understand many truths,” he clarified.
“This holy month gives (moral) beauty to man, and as a result, the soul achieves its spiritual desires,” emphasized Ayatollah Ramazani, pointing out that the month of Ramadan purifies the human soul.
“Thanks to the holy month of Ramadan, man can reach the most important natural issue, which is the knowledge of Tawhid (monotheism),” he said, considering the most important spiritual desires of man to achieve Tawhid, connection with God and the worship of the righteous spirit.
“Eid al-Fitr is a return to the truth of Tawhid and educates man,” added the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts.
“In the divine feast, which is called the feast of God, unlike the feast of human beings, there is talk of not eating and abstinence, and the result is the strengthening of the spirit of servitude in human beings,” he noted, referring to the difference between human feasts and divine feasts.
“If a person pays attention to all the divine commands during the holy month of Ramadan, he can achieve spiritual growth in the best way,” Ayatollah Ramazani added.
