In the ninth episode of the special internet program “Facing the Sky”, which is broadcast on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, pointing out that Ramadan is the month of God’s feast, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani Gilani stated, “Tawfiq (Success) is one of the important points that we ask God Almighty in many prayers.”
“In the supplications of Ramadan, we ask God to grant us success in fasting, remembrance, worship, not being exposed to punishment, and success in avoiding slips and sins,” stated the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“The holy month of Ramadan is an opportunity for worship, and God has provided the way (for good deeds) in every way,” he emphasized, pointing out that Tawfiq (Success) means providing a way for the worship of God.
“The greatest provision is that there is divine mercy and forgiveness in this month,” added Ayatollah Ramazani, saying that the holy month of Ramadan is the month of divine mercy and has come to us with all its positive dimensions.
“Sometimes Tawfiq (Success) is taken away from a person because of his deeds,” stated the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“Divine success itself is a mercy that God has for man,” he emphasized, pointing out that Tawfiq (Success) is the best leader and the greatest thing that God has sent down from heaven.
“If there is a divine success, man will do his deeds well,” noted Ayatollah Ramazani, stating that Tawfiq (Success) is the source of human salvation and happiness.
“One who does not have (divine) Tawfiq (Success) cannot move towards the truth,” continued the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“When the man is burdened with sin, he is deprived of Tawfiq (Success) and cannot take advantage of opportunities,” he stated.
“The will of human beings must always be to walk and move in the path of worship, servitude, and divine Tawfiq (Success),” noted Ayatollah Ramazani.
“Deprivation of Tawfiq (Success)and closure of the path is by the man himself, while God always opens the path for man,” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, pointing out that anything that hinders righteous action is a deprivation of Tawfiq (Success).
“One should not search for and publish the faults of others,” he said, “Sometimes these cases are not documented and it is wrong to publish what one is not sure about. These issues hinder human growth, excellence, and progress.”
