ABWA Official Website – In an interview with ABNA News Agency, the representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Iraq presented a report on the activities of the Assembly during the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussain (a.s.).
In this regard, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Muhammad Reza Al-e Ayoub stated, “The activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly during the Arbaeen Pilgrimage in Iraq were in three areas. First in propagation: In this field, we could use about 630 missionaries. These dignitaries had effective activities by attending Hosseiniyehs, Takayas, and mosques, as well as mobile propagating and accompanying Mowkeb owners and pilgrims in fourteen provinces of Iraq.
“The missionaries of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, including clergy brothers and sisters, were able to leave many blessings with more than 600 cases of their presence in sensitive places for propagation,” he added.
Referring to establishing a Mowkeb as the second field of activity of the Assembly, the representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Iraq stated, “We thank God that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was able to establish a Mowkeb for the first time on Tariq al-Hussain (Najaf- Karbala Road) on column no. 206. Interesting cultural activities were done in this Mowkeb. Also, there were very useful and influential meetings, among which we can mention the presence of Ayatollah Ramezani, the Honorable Secretary General of the Assembly in this Mowkeb. Also, guests from different countries attended Mowkeb of the Assembly and in these meetings, they got acquainted with the international activities of the Assembly.”
“This year, the staff of ABNA news agency, and Al-Thaqalayn satellite network participated in the Mowkeb of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and performed impressive and lasting activities,” he continued.
About the third area of activity of the Assembly during the Arbaeen pilgrimage days of Imam Hussain (a.s.), Al-e Ayoub said, “More than 5,000 respected Arbaeen pilgrims settled and rested in Mowkeb of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. Also, accommodation and reception services were provided to hundreds of pilgrims in the Assembly building in Najaf.”
