ABWA Official Website – In a statement on the eve of World Quds Day and denouncing the Zionists’ attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque, AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly called on the comprehensive support of the Muslim Ummah and the freemen of the world to Al-Aqsa Mosque and the rights of the oppressed Palestinian nation.
Part of the statement reads, “Accompanying and sympathizing with the always-on-the-scene and freedom-seeker people of Islamic Iran, and alongside its members, associates, missionaries, and representatives all over the world, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly denounces the recent crimes of the Zionist regime, as well as the treacheries of their supporters, including the heads of dependent countries in normalizing their relations with the usurper Israel, and declares that it will spare no effort for the liberation of Holy Quds, from the River to the Sea.”
The statement is as follows:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ زِدْنَاهُمْ عَذَابًا فَوْقَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُوا يُفْسِدُونَ
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Those who are faithless and bar from the way of Allah—We shall add punishment to their punishment because of the corruption they used to cause. (Holy Quran, Surah: An-Nahl, Verse: 88)
With its brazen crimes and brutal attacks on worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque these days, the Zionist enemy has once again harassed the Muslim Ummah and hurt the hearts of thousands of Palestinians. Therefore, the huge move of people and elites of different countries to defend this religious holy site during the commemoration of World Quds Day this year is considered a great task and a movement worthy of attention and influence, and with the emphasis on supporting the first Qibla of Muslims, and denouncing the brutal attacks of usurping Israel, which encourages the oppressed people of Palestine and all the oppressed people in the world, and in addition, angers the Zionist occupiers and their supporters, the last Friday of Ramadan this year has become multiplied important.
This year, in the light of the slogan “Palestine, the axis of the unity of the Islamic world; Quds on the verge of freedom”, this world day is coming while we are witnessing conspiracies with a religious appearance, and numerous aggressions of the occupying Zionist forces against the pilgrims and those praying in the first Qibla, a move that is considered a heinous crime and a religious war against Al-Aqsa Mosque, and it is just an excuse to complete the project of Judaizing it. The recent events and the current incidents in the first Qibla of Muslims are an unprecedented crime and a serious threat to the future of the sacred places of Palestine, and undoubtedly, will have many consequences and will be met with crushing responses these days. The Israeli child-killing regime must know that as long as the Holy Quds and the Mosque worshipers are attacked, this divine sanctuary's occupants will not have any security and peace.
In this sensitive regional and international situation, confronting the Zionists, and condemning and reacting to the barbaric attacks of the regime occupying the Al-Quds, is seriously expected from all members of the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h), the Messenger of God. We should all fulfill our responsibilities and duties towards the Al-Aqsa Mosque alongside the Palestinian nation, who, by donating their lives and blood, protect and defend their land and its sanctities, and we must rush to help that holy place.
Accompanying and sympathizing with the always-on-the-scene and freedom-seeker people of Islamic Iran, and alongside its members, associates, missionaries, and representatives all over the world, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly denounces the recent crimes of the Zionist regime, as well as the treacheries of their supporters, including the heads of dependent countries in normalizing their relations with the usurper Israel, and declares that it will spare no effort for the liberation of Holy Quds, from the River to the Sea.
