Webinar “Ethical life of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) and place of girls in Islam” was held in Russian by the Department of the Cyberspace of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

On Saturday, November 5, 2022, on the demise anniversary of Lady Fatimah Masoumeh (a.s.), webinar “Ethical life of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) and place of girls in Islam” was held in Russian by the Department of the Cyberspace of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

In this webinar, Ms. Motahara Vashchenko, a religious expert, explained the ethical life of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) and the place of girls in Islam, and expressed the dimensions of life, the effects and blessings of the presence of this dignified lady in Qom.

“Despite her limited presence in Qom, Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) became very influential and the source of many scientific and spiritual effects and blessings,” she stated.

Regarding the burial place of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) in Qom, and the hadiths that have been narrated about the virtue of her pilgrimage, she said, “This great lady is a figure who rightfully reminds us of the greatness of Lady Fatimah Al-Zahra (a.s.).”

“Lady Fatimah Masoumeh (a.s.) is the epitome of virtues and authorities. In numerous hadiths narrated from the Infallibles (p.b.u.h), virtues and dignified status are mentioned for that lady. In this regard, Imam Sadeq (a.s.) says, “Be aware that God has a shrine which is Mecca; and the Prophet (p.b.u.h) has a shrine which is Medina; Imam Ali (a.s.) has a shrine which is Kufa. Know that the shrine of me and my children after me is the city of Qom. Be aware that Qom is like a small city of Kufa. Know that heaven has eight gates, three of which open towards Qom. A lady from my children named Fatimah, the daughter of Musa, will pass away there, and with her intercession, all our Shiites will enter heaven”,” she added, referring to the importance of the holy city of Qom.

The religious expert pointed to the ethical tradition of the Lady of Dignity, and addressed the amity of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) and her brother Imam Reza (a.s.), and expressed some points about the importance and depth of this relationship.

“The journey of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) from Madinah to Qom was to meet her brother. Studying the ethical tradition of the Kind Lady of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) can greatly help to improve and strengthen family relationships today,” she said.

“Lady Fatimah Masoumeh (a.s.) is adorned with countless moral virtues,” Ms. Vashchenko stated, “This lady is the best role model for girls in today’s society.”

“Grand ulama have special respect for this figure. People turn to her to solve their problems. Therefore, many virtues and miracles have been narrated from the Lady of Dignity,” she added.

Referring to the importance of girls’ position in Islamic traditions, she considered it necessary to respect and appreciate the girls’ personality

“From the point of view of Islamic traditions, the girl has a special precedence and priority,” she stated.

“Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) is the best role model for girls today. In order to reach the exalted ranks and status, we should follow the example of Lady Fatimah Zahra (a.s.) and Lady Masoumeh (a.s.),” she said in the end.
