The book “On Shiism and Marjaiat” by Ayatollah Taskhiri, was translated into French and published by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

This book is a study of the Marjaiat from the perspective of Imamiyah Shia and is a collection of five articles by the author about Shiite Marjaiat, and it has been published in one volume.

From this book, the author’s final point of view is deduced that first, the scientific Marjaiat of the infallible Imams (a.s.) is one of the principles accepted by all Muslims. Second, Imamiyah Shia believes in the scientific and political Marjaiat of the Imams based on the Quranic verses and historical documents. Third, Immaculate Imams (a.s.) have always tried to promote this belief and educate students, as well as establish the principles of ijtihad. Fourth, if the Islamic state is not established, Shiite Marjaiat in Fatwa and Wilayah is the same for all mujtahids. But when the Islamic state is established, the Marjaiat in the field of Wilayah is just for the ruler, and other Mujtahids did not have the jurisdiction of expediency for the Islamic Ummah.

The book “On Shiism and Marjaiat” by Ayatollah Taskhiri, was translated by Ebrahim Montebto in French and was published by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly Publication House in medium octavo size.
