The book “Al-Taf Event” published in Turkey
The book “Al-Taf Event” was published in Turkish by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Turkey.
The book “Al-Taf Event” was published in Turkish by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Turkey.
The book is written by “Abu Mekhnaf Lot bin Yahya bin Saeed bin Mekhnaf bin Solaim Al-Ghamedi Al-Azdi” and presents a detailed report from the beginning of Imam Hussain’s (a.s.) movement in Medina to the end of the movement in the Levant.
The author has arranged the book in fourteen main chapters and in each of which he has studied the events of the movement separately.
The contents of the book begin with the will and death of Mu'awiyah, and end with the return of the family of Imam Hussain (a.s.) to Medina and the first pilgrim to Karbala who was from Kufa.
The first part of this research is the researcher’s introduction in which he mentions the following topics: “About Abu Mekhnaf”, “Summary of the account of some great scholars of Rejal about him”, “Scientific works, denomination, and authenticity of the author, and explanations about this Maghtal (the narration of the quality of Imam Hussain’s (a.s.) martyrdom)”, “The author’s gross errors in the narration of history”, “Sources used by the author”, and “The people from whom the author narrated”.
The book “Al-Taf Event” is translated by Mr. Noori Dounmaz into Turkish, by the order of the Translation Office of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and the publications of the Assembly in collaboration with Tasnim Institute of Turkey have published 1000 copies it in Turkey.
