Announcing the unveiling of the book in Colombia and Mexico on the occasion of Arbaeen, Maria Angelica Rojas, Director of International Lighthouse Publications in Colombia, said, “The first Arbaeen book in Spanish has reached its third edition in Latin America in two weeks.”
“The unveiling ceremony of the book was held in the presence of Mr. Ziaei, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Colombia, on the occasion of Arbaeen Hosseini Day in Bogota. Also yesterday, the book was made available in the presence of Mr. Ghazili, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and a number of enthusiasts and Muslims in the city of Mexico City, the capital of Mexico,” she also stated.
“The book, which includes photographs by 21 Iranian and Pakistani photographers, is now available in Mexico and Colombia, and the third edition is for Venezuela,” she stated, announcing a photo exhibition on the sidelines of the book’s unveiling in Mexico City.
“The Portuguese version of this book will be published in Brazil soon. The Spanish version will also be published in Ecuador,” Maria Angelica added.
It is worth mentioning that the book Arbaeen in Spanish, published by Lighthouse International Publications, contains images of 21 photographers on the subject of Arbaeen, which, along with captions, seeks to acquaint Latin American audiences with this great historical event.
