The Shiites of different provinces and cities of Iraq welcome and accept the pilgrims of Imam Hussain (a.s.) in the Mowkebs that they set up on the different routes of the Arbaeen Great Walk.
Some of the Mowkeb owners for many years save their money during the year, and manage the expenses of their families, so that they can spend their money serving Arbaeen pilgrims in a week to ten days.
Mowkeb “Haidar Karrar (a.s.) of Najaf Ashraf” is one of the Mowkebs that set up every year on the main road of Najaf-Karbala – also known as Tariq Ya Hussain (a.s.) – and welcomes the pilgrims who travel this route on foot.
ABNA’s reporter in Arbaeen Ceremony 2022 conducted a short interview with the founder of this Mowkeb, who is from Al-Najm tribe.
Haj Najm Abdul Zohrah Mahmoud Al-e Najm, a decent old man from Najaf province, said that he has been organizing this Mowkeb for 26 years around pillar number 30 of this route.
He considered being servant of Imam Hussain (a.s.) as his honor and stated, “We are trying to help the religion of Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and his AhlulBayt (a.s.).”
In response to the question “What message do you have for Arbaeen pilgrims?”, Haj Najm Al-Najm just said this slogan, “Labbayk Ya Hussain(a.s.)”. /345/
