دوشنبه, 17 آبان 1400

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized, “Afghanistan’s future depends on the measures taken by the rulers and the participation of the people. Afghanistan will have a good future if a government an inclusive government formed and does not allow foreign interference.”

On Sunday, November 7, 2021, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, visited some of the wounded of the ISIL terrorist attack at the Shiite Mosque in Kandahar, Afghanistan, who were hospitalized in a hospital in Tehran.

During this visit, while talking to some of the victims of the explosion of the Fatemieh Mosque in Kandahar, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was informed about their treatment process and wished them good health.

On the sidelines of the visit, expressing his sorrow over the bitter events that have taken place in Afghanistan in recent months, Ayatollah Ramazani said, “Some groups, who claiming religion, the Qur'an and spirituality, have martyred and injured so many.”

Referring to the tragic martyrdom of students at the Sayyid al-Shuhada (a.s.) girls’ school in Kabul, and attacks on mosques and Friday prayers in several Afghan cities, he said, “Throughout history, the takfiri and extremist views has always been harmful and a threat to Muslims. They are those who dare to Takfir (excommunicate) Muslims and martyr them.”

“According to the approach that he has learned from the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.), the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasizes on helping and paying attention to every human being who has been oppressed. According to the Quran, if a human being is killed, it is as if the whole human being has been killed, and if a human being is revived, it is as if all human beings have been revived,” Ayatollah Ramazani said.

“In the last 40 years, unfortunately, the Afghan people have faced aggression from the East and the West. Even now, groups that are puppets of the West and the arrogant front, and have the temperament of authoritarianism, and aggression, are committing crimes in Afghanistan,” the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly further stated.

“In the case of the extremist group ISIL, which has claimed responsibility for these crimes, the international community must step in and not be content with slogans. It is not enough for them to express concern and condemnation. This is a global threat and a threat to all of humanity. These terrorist groups must be confronted radically. These crimes are not forgivable at all,” Ayatollah Ramazani said.

“Extremists martyred and wounded Worshipping and oppressed Muslims who go to the mosque to pray, talk to God, and hear sermons. There is no rational or religious justification for this,” continued the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts.

“These views of terrorist groups based on which they commit crimes in the name of religion, has never been part of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h), a prophet who was sent for mercy, and his management was also based on mercy,” he added.

“The international community must condemn these crimes so that such things do not happen again in the world. This extremism must be fundamentally stopped, and the perpetrators of these crimes must be brought to justice,” Ayatollah Ramazani said, criticizing the silence of the international community and human rights organizations in the face of the crimes of takfiri groups in Afghanistan.

“By forming an inclusive government, the wise, the ulema, the thinkers, the intellectuals and those who have a guiding role in Afghanistan must prevent the killings and threats in this country. If rationality and moderation prevail in Afghanistan, the future of the country will be promising. But if with the management of arrogance and foreign intervention, differences and tensions are formed, we will definitely see sorrow,” stated the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

“Afghanistan’s future depends on the measures taken by the rulers and the participation of the people. Afghanistan will have a good future if a government an inclusive government formed and does not allow foreign interference,” he added.

“After all the oppression against the Afghanistan nation, the people of the country do not deserve all this cruelty and killing. Afghanistan’s history has been full of resistance, and its people are faithful and noble. Enemies should not take advantage of this decency,” Ayatollah Ramazani said, addressing the rulers of Afghanistan.

In the end, while praying for the healing of the injured in the terrorist incident of Fatemieh Mosque in Kandahar, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed hope that the noble and resilient nation of Afghanistan will achieve their goals and have an inclusive government with the people, so that they can play role in their future.
