Senior expert on private law said, “Due to their characteristics, women suffer the most in terrorist acts, and it is easier and less expensive for terrorist groups to use women than men.”

A faculty member of Al-Mustafa International University said, “Since 2001, we have witnessed widespread and organized attacks against Hazara Shiites. The attacks targeted mosques and Hazara educational centers. Afghanistan’s Hazara Shiite population is at risk of genocide.”

Ph.D. in Criminal Law and Criminology said, “Afghanistan’s Shiites, especially the country’s Hazaras, are more vulnerable to terrorist attacks.”

A seminar introducing the most important works related to the situation of Shiites in the contemporary history of Afghanistan will be held by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University.
