The first international mourning “Ahsan Al-Aza” will be held by AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly for non-Iranian audiences.
The first international mourning conference titled “Ahsan Al-Aza” will be held by AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly for non-Iranian audiences in order to communicate with the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) worldwide and list their activities in the field of mourning for Imam Hussain (a.s.) in the months of Muharram and Safar, and also in the days of Arbaeen.
Planned with the slogan “AhlulBayt (a.s.), the axis of revival and honoring of divine rituals” by the Deputy for International Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the program is implemented with the objectives of introducing, selecting, appreciating, and directing all the Hosseini (a.s.) services, based on the teachings of the Quran and Etrat (AhlulBayt).
“Ahsan Al-Aza” International Mourning for Imam Hussain (a.s.) has the following objectives: introducing and selecting the best Hey’ats [singular: Hey’at. (a place or a group of people) in which people mourn for AhlulBayt (a.s.)], ceremonies, services, and servants of Imam Hossein (a.s.), and finally, organizing, supporting, strengthening, developing, and exalting them in the international arena.
The deadline for submitting short video reports to introduce Hey’ats and services for Imam Hossain (a.s.) by their own, in two formats of film and photo (short clip and slideshow) is the end of the month of Safar 1443 AH, October 7, 2021. It also includes all activities in Muharram and Safar this year.
This International Mourning Ceremony for Imam Hussain (a.s.), which has been designed by AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, especially for non-Iranian audiences by the, is underway with a propagation, artistic, and media approach of the live introduction of the following sections, and is ready to receive works:
- Theatrical programs (Ta’zieh, theater, etc.),
- Local mourning rituals,
- Lectures, Nowha (eulogies) and mourning ceremonies,
- Special programs for Arbaeen,
- and special experiences and innovative activities.
After receiving, screening, and judging the submitted video reports, the selected works in various sections will be supported for development and promotion. At the closing ceremony, these works will be honored. In addition, with the formation and launch of the Innovation Club, the ground for growth and excellence will be provided by dedicating the serious role to teenagers, youth, women, etc. in other religious occasions, with the aim of honoring divine rites.
The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
