ABNA’s CEO met with ABWA’s Supreme Council Chairman

Ayatollah Akhtari stated, “Media work is not a simple task and requires support. The activities of ABNA News Agency need to develop day by day.”

ABWA Official Website – Attending Ashura International Foundation, Hassan Sadraei Aref, CEO of ABNA International News Agency, met with Ayatollah Mohammad Hassan Akhtari, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and CEO of Ashura International Foundation.

In this meeting, while expressing his condolences on the occasion of Muharram to the colleagues at ABNA News Agency and the enthusiasts and lovers of Immaculate and Infallible AhlulBayt (a.s.), Ayatollah Akhtari welcomed the CEO of ABNA News Agency at the Ashura International Foundation.

“International Ashura Foundation is a center to convey the message and mission of Imam Hussain (AS) in the Ashura uprising to the world,” Ayatollah Akhtari said while expressing hope for the success of ABNA’s CEO and stating, “I hope that this discussion and meeting will pave the way for extensive and good cooperation at the international level.”

“Media work is not a simple task and requires support. ABNA needs to have offices in different countries to report important news for the News Agency. The activities of ABNA News Agency need to develop day by day,” Ayatollah Akhtari stated.

Noting that Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, has good ideas and approaches in the development of ABNA News Agency, WikiShia, and Thaqalayn TV, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Assembly addressed the ABNA’s CEO, “Pursue the development of the News Agency with strength, and actively. Implement any ideas and thoughts that lead to the alignment and strengthening of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) followers.”

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly called on all the representatives of the Assembly, and institutions active for AhlulBayt (a.s.), and are affiliated with the Assembly, to send their activities and works related to this year’s Ashura, such as photos, videos, articles, etc. to be designed and published as a special issue.

It is worth mentioning that at the beginning of this meeting while expressing his appreciation for the efforts made in the establishment of the ABNA International News Agency, Hassan Sadraei Aref, CEO of ABNA presented a report on some of the activities carried out in recent months, as well as the future plans of the News Agency.
