The book was translated into French by Julien Aplisier, (aka Yasin), in a single volume and 217 pages.
This work provides jurisprudential solutions and guidelines for usury-free banking. The topics of this book are presented in two chapters and an appendix.
In the first chapter, which is dedicated to the explanation of the author’s proposed plan regarding the regulation of bank relations with depositors and borrowers, the author has divided deposits into transaction and fixed. Then, by stating the regulation of bank relations in the field of fixed deposits, he has stated the nature of Mudarabah in Islamic jurisprudence. After that, he explained the conditions and rights of Mudarabah parties and how to eliminate usury from interest.
The second chapter is dedicated to examining the main tasks of banks in the author’s proposed plan, which is formulated in three sections: banking services, provision of facilities, and investment.
Twelve jurisprudential appendices in the review of some related issues include the final part of this book.
