On Monday, May 31, 2021, during his visit to Iraq, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and his accompanying delegation, met some of the preachers who affiliated with the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) Assembly of Iraq and delivered a speech for them. In the meeting, which was also attended by Hujat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar, Deputy manager of Cultural Affairs of the Assembly, and Abdul Reza Rashed, Deputy manager in Executive affairs of the Assembly, after the Secretary-General’s speech, Hojat al-Islam Pahlavanzadeh Behbahani, President of the AhlulBayt Assembly of Iraq, presented a report on the scientific, cultural, educational activities of the brother and sister preachers who cooperate with this assembly.

In a meeting with Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, Ayatollah Ramazani said, “Rationality, spirituality, justice, and resistance, are the strategies of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly to introduce the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.).” In the meeting Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim said, “Resistance must be continuous, extensive, and entrenched.”

The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly  is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
