The ceremony began this morning, Tuesday, March 9, 2021, on the day of the death of Hazrat Abu Talib, the uncle of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) and the father of Hazrat Imam Ali (a.s.).
At the opening ceremony, after the broadcast of the message of Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, Ayatollahs “Akhtari”, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and “Hussein Al-Ma’tuq”, a Kuwaiti member of the Council, “Isa Qasim”, a Bahraini member of the Council, Husseini Bushehri, the secretariat of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, “Kaabi”, “Naeem Qasim”, “Modarresi Yazdi”, and “Qobanchi”, an Iraqi member of the General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly will speak.
