Referring to the commemoration programs of Aban 13 (November 4) in Markazi province, chairman of the Coordination Council of the Islamic Development Organization of the province, “According to the decision of the National and Provincial Headquarters for the Control of Covid-19 Disease, special programs will be held on November 4 in the yellow, orange and blue cities of Markazi Province. Therefore, this ceremony will be held in all the cities of the province as a gathering.”
“The rally will be held in Arak at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 4, in Musala Beit al-Moqaddas of the city, with the participation of people, guilds, families of the martyrs, and various sections of the Basij in a limited way, in accordance with health protocols,” added Hojat al-Islam Abbas Danshi.

“The speaker of the Aban 13 commemoration program in the Musala Beit al-Moqaddas of Arak will be the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and similar ceremonies will be held in all cities of the province, which are not red due to Covid-19. And if a city is declared red within the next two days, a symbolic ceremony with a minimum population of less than 100 people will be held in accordance with health protocols,” Danshi continued.
“Aban 13 (November 4) marks important events in the history of the Revolution, including the deportation of Imam Khomeini (r.a.) in 1964, the martyrdom of a number of pupils and students in 1977, and the capture of the spy nest (US Embassy in Iran) in 1979. Therefore, Aban 13 is one of the greatest and most important days in the history of the Islamic Revolution of Iran,” he clarified.

“The Islamic Consultative Assembly has designated this day as “National Day for Combating Global Arrogance”. We hope that the ceremonies for this day will increase day by day. So that in addition to the gatherings that are held every year, we also see the holding of meetings and negotiations between political figures, and academic and seminary elites,” stated chairman of the Coordination Council of the Islamic Development Organization of the Markazi Province.
“A week has also been designated as “Adolescent Week”, and the Imams of Friday Prayer Policy Council has recommended a special program for this week to the Friday Imams, and in Markazi province, these occasions will be held by the relevant agencies and institutions,” Danshi said, referring to the Adolescent Week.
“Due to the restrictions imposed by Covid-19, it is not possible to hold a march as in previous years. Therefore, various segments of the population, including pupils and students, guilds and bazaars, families of the martyrs, war veterans, clerics and academics, are invited to participate in this ceremony, in a limited way, and in compliance with health protocols,” he stated.
