The purpose of this award is to pave the way for the production of Quranic works and to encourage missionaries to promote the Quran in all parts of the world. The call for the First World Prize 114 was issued on April 9, 2020 (Coincided with 15 Sha’ban 1441), and so far, 510 works from different countries have been submitted to the World Prize 114 Secretariat in the form of face-to-face and virtual Quranic activities, and production and distribution of Quranic works in areas such as radio production, podcasts, photo-text, and video,” he continued.

World Assembly is effective in reviving the teachings of the Quran, and I was impressed to see the works submitted to the Secretariat of the World Prize 114. Once, the Holy Quran was abandoned in the Islamic world. But after 40 years of the revival of the Holy Quran by the Islamic Republic of Iran, even works from Mexico are submitted to the World Prize 114, or a girl active in the Quranic field, only 12 years old, has 300,000 viewers in social media, which is a source of honor.”
Hojat al-Islam Hossein Soleimani, another judge of the World Prize 114, also stated, “Like other fields and activities, there are unknown Quranic talents and communities among Shiites in the world. In the meantime, we do not even know 10% of them. These communities work in low profile. But the important point is that there should be networking between them, and these communities should be interconnected and provide more comprehensive performance by providing training to them.”
In the final judging session, considering the establishment of this award as a blessed and appropriate action, Hojat al-Islam Mohammad Ali Moeinian, one of the judges of the World Prize 114, stated, “This Prize was started with the efforts of our friends, and in the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, we succeeded in serving to establish the World Prize, and despite the limited time, it was very well received.”
“Some major Quranic communities in various countries were not informed of the World Prize 114. We must work to resolve this shortcoming in the future. This award has blessings that we will see in the years to come,” he continued.
Dr. Rahim Khaki, another judge of the World Prize 114, also said, “This Prize can encourage teenagers and young people for Quranic activities.
