Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expressed condolences on demise of Hojat al-Islam Eje'i

In a message, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani expressed his condolences on the demise of the Supreme Leader's representative for European and American students' affairs.

The message of the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

"We will surely test you until We ascertain those of you who wage jihad and those who are steadfast" (Holy Quran 47:31)

In these sad days when the news of the loss of loved ones comes one after another, the death of Mujahid scholar, valuable scientist, and brother of a martyr, Dr. Hojat al-Islam Eje'I caused great grief.

Hojat al-Islam Eje'I, the student of the seminary and university spent his prolific life in scientific and practical endeavors and devoted himself to serving the science and education of young people seeking knowledge.

The important activities and responsibilities of the deceased, such as activities in the field of Islamic student associations in Europe, Exceptional Talents Schools in Iran, the affairs of young talents and Iranian scientific medalists in the world, sympathetic pursuit of the problems of immigrant students and representation of the Supreme Leader in European and American student affairs, although less public, are the basis of the great scientific and technological progress in the glorious life of Iran after the Islamic Revolution.

On the loss of this sincere and eminent person, I offer my condolences to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the seminary and university communities, the two esteemed Eje'i and Beheshti families, his students and friends, his colleagues in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and especially to his wife and children, and I ask God for mercy for the deceased and patience for his family.

We also pray to God, the Almighty, and ask Him to remove this evil virus from the Islamic Ummah, and the whole human society; And gather that sincere servant with His dear martyrs.

"Indeed we belong to Allah and to Him do we indeed return" (Holy Quran 2:156)
