At the beginning of the meeting, referring to organizing and identifying local active and inactive missionaries, Ayatollah Ramazani considered it necessary to use the capacities of each region and local outsourcing.

“Women’s unions should be established in different countries and the capacity of women should be used in domestic and foreign fields. Also, paying attention to the capacities of the new generation, who are considered the future managers of the country, is among the important concerns of cultural institutions,” added the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

In describing the scientific and cultural activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, he stated, “Among the important and effective capacities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly are the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University with 23 fields of study and students from 32 world countries, the activity of the virtual encyclopedia of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) - Wiki Shia - with 32 thousand Articles in 22 languages, and publication of world Shiite news in ABNA News Agency in 27 languages.”

“I consider Dr. Alizadeh to be a virtuous person who is familiar with matters of approximation between Islamic schools, who has been able to be influential in the Indian subcontinent, especially in Bangladesh,” Ayatollah Ramezani continued to say, “Although not a large population of Shiites live in Bangladesh, the country’s 180 million population is considered a golden capacity. Imambaras, or Hussainiyahs in other words, are considered the base of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) and are proof of the devotion of the people of the region to the Imams (a.s.).”

“Despite all the shortcomings, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly considers total interaction with all relevant institutions as an important strategy and plays a role as a link between religious centers and Shiites of the world,” said the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly at the end of his speech.

Further in the meeting, Hojat al-Islam Alizadeh emphasized the importance of joint activities with the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and considered the publication of 10 books in Bengali, and the launch of a Bengali section of WikiShia as the fruits of this cooperation.

Referring to the huge capacity of Bangladesh, the Supreme Leader’s representative in the country stated, “Bangladeshi Sunnis are interested in AhlulBayt (a.s.), and they consider Shiite teachings as a solution to confront Salafi and extremism ideas. Today, in the khanqahs of Bangladesh, the ceremony of reciting the Ziarat Warith is held, and people in the country respect the days of martyrdom of Imam Hussain (a.s.).”

“Bangladeshi people are interested in Iran and consider it as a destination for travel and higher education,” he said, at the end of this meeting.
