Al-Khalifa regime has surrendered to the Zionist regime; Bahrainis never accept the normalization of relations with the Zionists: Abdullah Saleh

While considering the reconciliation project of the Al Khalifa regime to be the sale of Bahrain to the Zionists, Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Saleh stated, “The Al Khalifa regime opened the doors of Bahrain to the Zionists, and even handed over cyber and airport security to them! The Al-Khalifa regime has submitted itself to the Zionist regime!”

ABWA Official Website – Pointing to the political structure of Bahrain, Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Saleh, the deputy secretary general of the Society of the Islamic Act of Bahrain, stated, “The Al Khalifa regime is the result of the continuation of British colonialism, which, against the will of Bahraini citizens, rules the country of Bahrain with colonial plans. Bahraini citizens are looking for freedom, independence, and distance from colonial axes in the region. But the Al Khalifa regime is coordinating with the arrogant countries present in the region, including the United States, Britain, and the Zionist regime.”

In an interview with ABNA News Agency, he said, “Bahrain is not a poor country and has many oil resources that can improve the livelihood of the people of the country. But the Al Khalifa regime does not care about this fact and does not extract oil so that the Saudi oil sector is not affected. For this reason, they are against the revolution in Bahrain.”

“The Bahraini people are deprived of the wealth of their country. Because the wealth of Bahrain is in the possession of the Al Khalifa regime and only a small class related to the regime benefits from this wealth. Bahrain’s debts have reached 35 billion dollars; the number of unemployed reaches about 15 thousand young people, half of whom have a university education, and even some of these unemployed young population are doctors and lawyers. The Al Khalifa regime brings foreigners to work in Bahrain, while the country’s youth are unemployed!” added, the deputy secretary general of the Society of the Islamic Act of Bahrain.

Referring to the economic situation of the Bahraini people, Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Saleh said, “The poverty rate in Bahrain is high and the per capita income of people is low. Meanwhile, the wealth of the country is enough to improve the living conditions of the people.”

“According to a tribal agreement in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, they do not allow the power in these countries to fall into the hands of the people. We also see the presence of British colonialism in the region, which considers regimes such as Al Khalifa and Al Saud as its appointed regimes,” he added.

“The relationship between Al Khalifa and Al Saud is based on serving the colonialists. Al Saud considers itself the big brother of the Arab governments of the region, and therefore, it seeks hegemony over the decision-making process in these governments. After the Saudi intervention in Bahrain on March 14, 2011, decision-making in Bahrain was delegated to the Saudi regime. The Al Khalifa regime cannot make strategic decisions in Bahrain unless it coordinates with the Saudis,” added, the deputy secretary general of the Society of the Islamic Act of Bahrain.

Referring to the relations between the Al Khalifa and the Zionist regimes, Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Saleh stated, “Recently, especially after Mohammed bin Salman came to power, the Al Khalifa regime has strengthened its relations with the Americans and the Zionists in order to be able to maneuver against the Saudi regime. However, the Al Khalifa is not able to make decisions independent from the colonialists and the Saudi regime. Al Khalifa is not independent. One of the reasons for the February 14 revolution in Bahrain is that the people of the country want to have an independent government in their own country in the true sense of the word and make decisions independently of foreign interference.”

“The relationship between the Al-Khalifa regime and the Zionist regime has a long history. Previously, the Al Khalifa regime used to avoid publicizing its relations with the Zionists. In the past, the Zionist regime had a coordination office in Bahrain called the Economic Development Institute, which has been operating as the Zionist embassy since 2009. But after the Zionists insisted, the relations became public in the form of an agreement during Trump’s time,” he continued.

“In order to defend itself, the Al Khalifa regime went to normalize relations with the Zionist regime, which is considered foolishness. How can the Zionists, who cannot defend themselves against the Palestinian youth, protect regimes like the Al-Khalifa regime?” added, the deputy secretary general of the Society of the Islamic Act of Bahrain.

“The people of Bahrain never seek to have a relationship with the Zionist regime. This nation expresses this issue every day through its ulama and fighting figures. The people of Bahrain are not willing to normalize relations with the Zionists. For instance, we recently witness that the celebration of a Jewish holiday in the capital of Bahrain was canceled due to the opposition of the Bahraini people. This nation defends the rights of the Palestinian people and raises the flag of Palestine,” he said in the end. /345/
