The opening ceremony of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), the supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h), will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at the same time as the demise anniversary of Hazrat Abu Talib, the uncle of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and the father of Hazrat Imam Ali (a.s.).
The programs of this ceremony are: reciting the Quran and playing the anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran, speech of the presenter, speech of Hojat al-Islam Dr. Haeri, broadcast of the message of Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, speech of Ayatollah Akhtari, speech of Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri, speech of Ayatollah Kaabi, speech of Ayatollah Mutawaq, speech of Hojat al-Islam Naeem Qasim, the speech of Hojat al-Islam Taeeb, the speech of Ayatollah Issa Qasim, the speech of Ayatollah Modarresi Yazdi, the speech of Hojat al-Islam Qobanchi and the speech of the presenter.
The ceremony will be held from 8:15 am to 12:25 in the Quds Conference Hall of the Imam Khomeini Higher Education Complex located in Jihad Square in Qom.
It should be mentioned that the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib, the Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h), will be held for three days from Tuesday, March 9, 2021 to Thursday, March 11, 2021.
On the second day of the conference, meetings of specialized committees will be held, and on the third day, the closing ceremony will be held with a video message of Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani and Grand Ayatollah Sobhani, as well as speeches by prominent figures of the Islamic world and the presence of a special guest from Al-Azhar, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and scholars and academic figures of the Islamic world.
