Considering the Yemeni people as brave and proud, Sheikh Nimr Zaghmut said, “In order to get rid of all this oppression, it was enough for these people to surrender. But they persevered, and God will reward the patient.”
Coinciding with the intensification of the aggression of the Arab-Western-Hebrew coalition in attacking the oppressed people of Yemen, the International Conference “Investigating the Dimensions of the Aggression against Yemen” is being held today, Saturday, February 5, 2022, by the Arbaeen International Foundation in cooperation with the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and coordinated institutions.
As the third speaker of the conference, referring to verse 29 of Surah Hajj, the chairman of the Council of Islamic Assemblies of Palestine said, “The Muslims who were killed and plundered were allowed to fight the enemies, because they were oppressed by the enemy severely, and God is able to help them.”
“God will not leave alone a nation that stand against oppression, nor will He leave the oppressors without punishment. He will surely bestow victory to the oppressed people,” added Sheikh Nimr Zaghmut.
“This nation is not afraid of anyone, and they are determined not to give in to the global Zionists and the United States, and not to bow to pressure,” he said, praising the steadfast people of Yemen who stand against the United States, global Zionism, the Jews of Israel, and some Arabs, and defend their homeland and belief.
“If the Yemeni people wanted, the war would have been stopped by bowing to the Arrogance. But they resisted, demanding freedom for themselves, and sanctified what was within them. Therefore, the Yemeni people brought felicity and dignity to themselves and became known for this attribute,” stated Sheikh Nimr Zaghmut.
“Despite their difficult conditions, the noble people of Yemen have not forgotten Palestine. They have always defended Palestine with all their might. In demonstrations they hold in defense of the Palestinian people show the inner faith of this great nation,” the Palestinian Sunni scholar stated.
“Today, the proxies and the colonial countries see and feel the damage that their seven years of oppression against the Yemeni people have caused. If they are wise, they will regret these atrocities and crimes,” he clarified.
“Despite their capabilities, the United States and global Zionism have not been able to dominate the Yemeni people,” added Sheikh Nimr Zaghmut.
“May God grant victory to the Yemeni people, and He is Able to do so. May God return Palestine to its people with all pride. We ask God Almighty for victory and honor for our people,” concluded the chairman of the Council of Islamic Assemblies of Palestine.
