To be successful Islamic propagation Mali, more attention should be paid to the media: Malian cleric

A Malian cleric stated, “Propagation of Islam is one of the most difficult tasks, and one of its fields is the media. In order to succeed in propagating Islam in Mali, we must pay attention to the media in this country.”

On Saturday, September 3, 2022, at the closing ceremony of the 7th General Assembly of the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in Iran International Conference Center in Tehran, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Sho’leh Heidar said, “Propagation of Islam is one of the most difficult tasks, and one of its fields is the media.”

“Humans rely more on what they hear and see, and we should use the media to propagate Islam,” a cleric from Mali stated, “In Mali, despite the existing field for the propagation of Islam, we could not invite so many people to the AhlulBayt school.”

“One of the reasons for this failure is the lack of radio and television channels. This is while other religions and denominations in Mali have dozens of radio and television channels,” he continued.

“The media is one of the factors of power in the field of propagation. In order to succeed in propagating Islam in Mali, we must pay attention to the media in this country,” Hojat al-Islam Heidar noted.

“The number of missionaries who come from seminaries in Iran, Iraq and Lebanon is not enough for Mali,” He stressed.
