Considering your valuable experience, and scientific and executive competencies, hereby, I appoint you as the Secretary-General’s Adviser on Middle East Affairs.
Today’s international situation requires that any activity in this field be based on precise study and calculations. Extensive and comprehensive information dominance in the field, and identification of competitors and influential elements, is a prerequisite for any decision in this area.
Identifying the cultural, social, political and economic dimensions of the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) is an important factor in activating public diplomacy, and benefiting from it in order to elevate the large Shiite community. We hope that you will benefit the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly from your comments and suggestions in these areas.
