The specialized session on “Taliban, confrontation or interaction; Does the Taliban believe in Shiites’ blasphemy?” will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. at the University of Religions and Denominations, Shahid Beheshti Hall.
The representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Afghanistan stated, “There is no Shiite at the level of a minister in the composition of the cabinet and in political and executive matters. While in the past governments, there were Shiites in the cabinet.”
The Deputy of the Center for Strategic Studies in International Cultural Relations stated, “Masculism in Afghan society and Pashto-speaking areas, the instrumental view towards women, and the Taliban’s view of sin are nodal points in the Taliban’s discourse on women.”
In a statement, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Lovers Assembly of Afghanistan emphasized, “Recent events have shown that Taliban security forces are incapable of curbing terrorist attacks. Therefore, it is necessary to ask for help from the people, especially those in charge of holding these ceremonies.”
