The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly appointed Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Tavana as the Director General of the Office for Studies, and Research of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

Ayatollah Reza Ramazani appointed Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Tavana as the director-general of the Office for Studies, and Research of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

Mr. Tavana received his appointment order in the introductory ceremony that was held on Saturday morning, January 29, 2022, in the conference hall of the Qom Assembly.

Considering your good record and commitment, valuable scientific, research and managerial experiences, hereby, I appoint you as the director general of the Office for Studies and Research Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

It is expected that by forming the necessary working groups, using the existing capacities, and using the opinions of experts inside, and especially abroad, and by studying and research, within the framework of the policy of the Assembly and upstream documents, in various cultural, scientific and propagation fields, take a step towards the goals and tasks of this position.

Identifying and utilizing researchers, eminent writers, and experts, Continuous interaction with the Departments of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, as well as similar organizations outside the Assembly, develop and update medium-term strategies and plans, accurate and up-to-date identification and understanding of the needs and harms of the community of the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.) and the production of purposeful and effective products in this regard, paying especial attention to the quality of the structure, content and affairs of “Wiki Shia” as the largest virtual encyclopedia of the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.), are of the priorities that, God willing, you will do your best to achieve.

By observing the divine piety and the of jihadist and transformational management approach, we hope that you will be successful, in the proper execution of the assigned missions, in the light of Imam Mahdi’s (a.s.) attention.

- Director and liaison of cultural-propagation activities of Supreme Leader Representation in Shahid Beheshti University

- Cultural Director of Takta Company (affiliated to Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting)

- Head of Public Referrals Office of the Supreme Leader in Qom (from 2017 to 2019)

-  Director and liaison of Vali-e-Faqih’s constituency in the 14^th and 11^th constituencies of Khatam al-Anbiya (p.b.u.h) Basij East of Tehran

- Director of the Office of Studies, Research and Theological Communications of the Center for Mosque Affairs (since 2019)
